Sally has been studying and practicing Iyengar Yoga for the past 4 years. She was first drawn to Iyengar Yoga after suffering numerous shoulder and neck problems brought on by years of surfing. Sally found the benefits of regular weekly practice were immediate and life changing, giving her greater mental clarity and enhancing her physical well being. As well as attending classes regularly at Yoga Space, Sally trains with Senior Iyengar Teacher Glenn Ceresoli and teaches weekly classes at Yoga Space. She is also a current member of the Iyengar Yoga Association of Australia. Sally is a teacher in training.
